We are a diversified GCC-based holding company with investments across multiple industries, and we're looking for a Finance & Investment Director to join our leadership team.
Role focus:
- Work closely with Finance Directors/Managers across subsidiaries
- Collect and consolidate annual reports, audited financials, and management accounts
- Conduct group-level financial and investment analysis
- Prepare regular portfolio performance summaries and board packs
- Present clear, decision-ready insights to the Chairman on a recurring basis
- Support the evaluation of new investments with robust financial modeling and valuation
Must-have experience:
- Strong GCC market background (mandatory)
- 1015+ years in strategic finance/investment leadership
- Advanced financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment appraisal
- Proven board-level reporting and multi-subsidiary oversight
- Holding company/portfolio / PE / IB experience is a plus
