Director of Finance to join our leadership team. In this role, you will drive the hotel's financial strategy, optimize operations, and provide key insights to shape our success.
Your Impact:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve hotel goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Monitor performance, identify efficiencies, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee cash flow, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and business support team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
