The Opportunity

As Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee a complex, high-volume, multi-outlet operation including premium dining venues and large-scale event spaces. Reporting to executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in defining the F&B strategy while ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints.

You will:

• Lead and execute a forward-thinking F&B strategy aligned with brand excellence
• Drive innovation across multiple dining concepts and high-profile event operations
• Champion world-class luxury service standards
• Inspire, mentor, and elevate a large, diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Optimize financial performance while enhancing the overall guest journey
• Position the hotel as a market leader within Abu Dhabi's competitive luxury landscape
  

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a commercially astute, visionary F&B leader with a proven record of excellence in luxury hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as Director of F&B (or equivalent senior leadership role) within a luxury hotel
• Essential GCC experience, ideally within the UAE
• A strong executive presence and strategic mindset
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-volume operations
• Experience overseeing large-scale banqueting and event functions
• A passion for innovation, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
