We are a leading outsourcing company in the UAE, delivering recruitment, EOR/PEO, PRO services, and corporate solutions across the region.

We are currently recruiting a Director of Guidance & Awareness for a leading federal government entity in Dubai. This strategic and operational role focuses on leading labour market awareness and guidance initiatives, overseeing campaigns and outreach efforts, and enhancing engagement with employers, employees, and key stakeholders.

Position:Director of Guidance & Awareness

Location: Dubai (Onsite, Full Time)

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Labour Awareness & Guidance

  • Lead and implement awareness and guidance programs related to labour market legislation
  • Oversee awareness campaigns, outreach initiatives, and educational materials
  • Conduct field visits and engagement sessions with employers and employees
  • Provide guidance and clarification on labour laws, regulations, and related policies

Campaign Effectiveness & Operations

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of awareness campaigns and initiatives
  • Support the continuous improvement of awareness strategies, materials, and outreach efforts
  • Contribute to operational initiatives that enhance labour market awareness and compliance

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on awareness-related initiatives
  • Build and strengthen partnerships to enhance awareness outreach and engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with relevant entities to support awareness objectives and communication activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience in customer-focused service delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of change management and organizational development practices
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management skills
  • Experience supporting government service development and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of performance management and operational excellence
