Team and Role Purpose
As a member of the Egypt Country Office's Senior Management Team (SMT), the HR Director shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the Country Office (CO).
The post holder will be accountable for the provision of effective HR services in both humanitarian and development programming contexts. The post holder will be expected to ensure compliance with SCI global standards, policies and practices, alignment with national laws and HR framework. He/She plays a key role in effectively supporting program implementation activities in line with the strategic plans.

Contract Length: Fixed Term Contract (24 months)

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field preferred.
