Director of Infrastructure

I'm currently representing a well-established international engineering and infrastructure consultancy looking to appoint a Director of Infrastructure to support the continued growth of its Middle East business.

With a strong regional presence and an expanding portfolio of major infrastructure and masterplanning projects, the business is looking for someone to lead a multidisciplinary infrastructure division through its next phase of growth.

This is a high-profile leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, grow a sizeable technical team, strengthen client relationships and play a key role in the long-term development of the business across the region.

The role will include:

• Leading and growing a multidisciplinary Infrastructure business across the Middle East.
• Providing strategic direction across infrastructure, civil engineering and masterplanning projects.
• Developing and strengthening relationships with government entities, private developers and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and securing new project opportunities across the region.
• Leading and mentoring senior technical and project leadership teams.
• Working closely with regional leadership to drive business growth and operational performance.

We're interested in speaking with individuals who have:

• A background leading multidisciplinary infrastructure teams within an engineering or consultancy environment.
• Experience across large-scale infrastructure programmes, including transport, utilities, highways, urban infrastructure or major developments.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record in business development and client management.
• Experience leading large technical teams and delivering business growth.
• The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a growing regional business.
