• Candidates should have progressed organically within organizations, showing depth of responsibility, continuity, and long-term contribution, rather than rapid lateral moves.

Education: Must be graduated / post-graduated in fields related to Interior Design.

• Candidates must come exclusively from top-tier Interior Design firms based in Dubai, with experience delivering high-end, luxury / premium complex projects (hospitality, hotels, palaces, commercial, luxury residential, mixed-use, etc.).
