Our client is currently hiring for the position of Director Of Internal Audit, Governance & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
. Conduct periodic governance audits as well as financial audits as and when required.
. Lead internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
. Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and processes
. Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
. Develop and implement governance and compliance policies and procedures across organizations
. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements
. Produce and present monthly risk appetite report to management
. Establish and maintain an enterprise risk management framework
. Identify key business risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place
. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory inspectors
