Job Summary
Lead company-wide growth, market positioning, and long-term revenue expansion through strategic partnerships, brand leadership, market intelligence, and high-value bid management not direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- Lead strategic partnerships, joint ventures & framework agreements (government, giga-projects, multinationals)
- Own group-level key account strategy (Tier-1 clients)
- Negotiate MSAs & umbrella contracts
- Support complex, high-value bids and tenders
2. Market Intelligence
- Conduct market & competitor analysis
- Identify trends, risks & growth opportunities
- Present insights to executive leadership
3. Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Own corporate brand strategy across markets
- Lead corporate marketing, employer branding & PR
- Ensure consistent brand positioning
- Strengthen company reputation as a trusted workforce partner
4. Go-to-Market Enablement
- Build standardized GTM frameworks (pricing, value proposition, sector messaging)
- Develop sales enablement materials
- Align marketing with operational capabilities
5. Bid & Proposal Oversight
- Oversee strategic, high-value tenders
- Ensure commercial competitiveness & risk alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional input (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations)
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy/business development (staffing/manpower industry preferred)
- Proven track record of driving growth & launching services
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong leadership, negotiation & strategic thinking skills
