  • Lead and oversee the marketing function, including marketing managers and their teams, ensuring full alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, high-level marketing strategies for the organisation and its products/services.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives through advanced tracking, analysis, and optimisation.
  • Shape and maintain the organisation's brand identity and positioning in the market.
  • Set, manage, and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Plan and manage key organisational events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Oversee the organisation's social media presence and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact communications across all channels.
  • Provide strategic insights through regular reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business and market opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyse industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.

Role Objectives:

  • Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and develop detailed marketing plans with measurable objectives.
  • Lead the execution of strategic marketing programmes from conception to completion.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting across multiple platforms, extracting insights to optimise campaigns and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide strong project management and executive leadership to the marketing department, guiding daily operations, mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA is required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
  • 1520 years of marketing experience, including at least 8 years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Metrics-driven and results-oriented approach to marketing and performance evaluation.
  • Expertise in online marketing, digital campaigns, and social media strategy.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience managing marketing teams.

Experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.

  • 5 working days a week and 2 days off (fixed).
