Surecall Medical Recruitment is partnering with a leading private healthcare group in the UAE to appoint a Nursing Director – IVF, overseeing nursing and allied health services across multiple regions within a well-established fertility and reproductive medicine network.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to drive clinical excellence, quality standards, and workforce strategy across a multi-site IVF operation.

The Role:

• Provide strategic leadership across nursing and allied health teams, including Unit Managers, Head Nurses, Infection Control Officers, Quality Officers, and IVF Coordinators
• Develop and implement the nursing strategic plan in line with clinical and operational goals
• Drive a culture of quality care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites
• Lead workforce planning and resource management to balance clinical quality with operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with physicians, external regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance integrated patient care
• Mentor and develop nursing talent, overseeing succession planning and professional development

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's or specialised healthcare management degree desirable)
• Minimum 5 years nursing management experience as a Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director within an IVF centre
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in IVF
• Eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority
• Strong leadership, quality improvement, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
