Role Summary
The Operations Director leads day-to-day business operations across sales execution, supply chain coordination, and internal operational functions, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, margin discipline, and scalable operational performance.
The role ensures reliable sales order execution and operational discipline while aligning sales activities, procurement, logistics, and finance functions to support business expansion and product portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational execution across sales order processing, procurement coordination, logistics, and customer delivery.
Ensure efficient execution of sales orders from confirmation to delivery and invoicing.
Maintain operational discipline across procurement, logistics, and warehouse coordination.
Support margin discipline and commercial performance across product lines.
Ensure CRM usage and data discipline across sales and operations teams.
Coordinate sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service functions.
Improve operational efficiency and customer delivery performance.
Support business expansion through operational readiness and supplier coordination.
Contribute to development and expansion of product portfolio through supplier and market relationships.
Build and manage operational teams supporting company growth.
Candidate Profile
Experience
1218 years experience in building materials, finishes trading, or related distribution businesses.
Experience managing operations in trading or distribution environments.
Experience leading multidisciplinary operational and sales support teams.
UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, or related discipline preferred.
Experience in building materials, finishes, or related distribution environments preferred.
