ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Director – Partnerships & Alliances to lead and execute The company's partnership strategy and strengthen relationships with international organizations looking to enter or expand into Saudi Arabia.
This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships and positioning the company's EOR/PEO, outsourcing, recruitment, and corporate support services as practical solutions for international companies establishing and managing their workforce in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will bring a strong international network, deep commercial expertise, and a proven ability to turn strategic relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and long-term partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute the company's Partnerships & Alliances strategy, with responsibility for generating partner-sourced opportunities for the Saudi market.
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and activate referral, reseller, and co-sell partners across priority international markets.
- Build strong relationships with international companies, global mobility providers, consultancies, staffing firms, and market-entry advisors.
- Advise partners and prospective clients on EOR/PEO, outsourcing, recruitment, corporate services, and workforce solutions.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, from qualification and commercial negotiation through agreement execution, activation, and first invoiced business.
- Develop commercial business cases, proposals, ROI models, and value propositions to support partner and client adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to convert partner-introduced opportunities into contracted and invoiced business.
- Maintain an accurate partner pipeline and forecast within the CRM.
- Track performance against quarterly commercial targets and partnership objectives.
- Represent the company with senior partner stakeholders and at relevant business events and industry forums.
- Develop long-term, commercially productive relationships with strategic partners and referral sources.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 12–15 years of experience in B2B partnerships, channel development, and strategic alliances.
- Experience in PEO/EOR, staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, global mobility, corporate services, or related professional services.
- Direct PEO/EOR experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven success originating, negotiating, and closing high-value partnership or commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated experience generating measurable partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and business growth.
- Experience managing complex international and multi-stakeholder commercial cycles.
- Established relationships within the international workforce, HR services, market-entry, or business expansion ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia and wider GCC business environment.
- Experience managing commercial targets, revenue forecasts, and partnership business plans.
- Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.
