Job Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, project management, or related disciplines, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of project control methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally in industries such as construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
- Expertise in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data to inform project strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
