You'll be part of the Agency Leadership Team, shaping the future of PR & Influence in Qatar and contributing to the regional practice. Your mission: drive growth, elevate our offering, and position Memac Ogilvy as the most compelling PR partner in the market.

- Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Own revenue growth and profitability across the PR & Influence portfolio.
- Team Leadership
- Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client work.
- Client Leadership
- Lead senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure satisfaction.
- Talent Development
- Attract top talent, nurture potential, and champion a strong people agenda.
- New Business Development
- Drive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients.
- Capability & Strategic Expansion
- Enhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership of large, diverse teams.
- Extensive PR agency experience at a senior level.
- Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth.
- Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients.
- Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working.
- Passion for people development and agency-wide talent growth.
- Middle East market experience is a strong advantage.
