- You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy We Care to life ensuring our employees and residents receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources, establishing deep interpersonal bonds with homeowners.
- You will oversee the strategic vision and daily operation of the luxury Residences, ensuring an unparalleled, seamless ultra-luxury living experience.
- You will provide strong leadership and support to all operational teams, proactively managing and aligning Security, Valet, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Engineering departments.
- You will serve as the ultimate point of contact for residents, navigating complex queries, handling high-stakes decision-making, and anticipating needs with agility.
- You will champion the financial and administrative health of the property, managing budgets and vendor relationships dynamics.

- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Director of Residences must communicate flawlessly with other departments, stakeholders, and residents to ensure alignment remains.
- English is the primary language used in our residences. You can comfortably and elegantly communicate in this language.
- Previous experience as a Director of Residences or a similar senior luxury hospitality leadership role is required. High level of English and additional languages is a distinct advantage.
