We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and manage our Sales team. The Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the team's success in achieving sales targets

while reporting to the Chief of Sales.

Please note that this is a Commissions Only position

Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Management: Direct and manage the Sales team to deliver exceptional performance, set goals, and ensure alignment with the company's objectives while reporting to the Chief of Sales.
  • Sales Strategy: Support the Chief of Sales to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to expand our client base through effective networking and communication.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to the Chief of Sales and Chief Executive Officer for adapting the company's sales strategies as needed.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for the Sales team, regularly tracking and reporting progress towards goals.
  • Sales Training and Development: Implement sales training programs, workshops, and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of the Sales team.
  • Negotiation: Engage in high-stakes negotiations with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders, seeking favourable terms for the company.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to leadership including the Chief of Sales and Chief Executive Officer regarding the Sales team's performance and strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record in sales management and leadership.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a team management role
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A deep commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
