A leading lifestyle luxury hotel located in the heart of Dubai is seeking an experienced Cluster Director of Sales – Corporate & Partnerships to drive commercial growth across a prestigious hospitality portfolio.
This strategic leadership role will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing the corporate and partnership sales strategy across multiple properties.
• Driving corporate, government, consortia, and key account business.
• Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborating closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to maximize commercial performance.
• Achieving revenue targets while strengthening market presence and brand positioning.
We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Proven experience in a Director of Sales or Cluster Director of Sales role within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
✔ Strong network within the UAE corporate market and key commercial accounts.
✔ Demonstrated success in driving corporate business and strategic partnerships.
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ UAE hospitality experience is highly preferred.
