We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our hotel properties. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry, a strong track record in sales leadership, and the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across all hotel properties.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives, providing coaching and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and strategic partners.
- Oversee pricing strategies, group sales, and packages based on market demand and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract new clientele.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Forecast sales revenue and track pipeline performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients, government entities, and travel partners.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Implement digital tools and CRM systems to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and revenue management teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Develop and manage the annual sales budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Identify risks affecting sales performance and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality through feedback and collaboration with customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
