Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Commercial Leadership
Own and execute the sales strategy for Retail Medical Insurance
Use data and artificial intelligence insights to identify the right customer profiles and maximize conversion
Build structured business planning rhythm including funnel management pipeline forecasting and outcome measurement
Set bold revenue goals and ensure consistent improvement in win rates and customer experience
Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development
Recruit and develop world class advisory talent
Build a culture that rewards performance learning and high integrity conduct
Equip new joiners with a structured onboarding and coaching pathway that accelerates their productivity
Identify future leaders and develop a leadership bench that scales with business growth
Sales Operations Accountability
Build standardized processes to ensure predictability consistency and control
Use CRM and analytics dashboards to review activity conversion and performance by advisor team and channel
Introduce automations that remove manual work and increase time spent with customers
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing to create targeted lead generation initiatives
Partner with technology to improve CRM tools automation and digital journeys
Align closely with operations finance compliance and HR to ensure smooth policy issuance renewals and service delivery
Governance and Reporting
Present performance reports based on data insights to senior leadership
Uphold ethical advisory standards and comply with all regulations and internal policies
Qualifications and Experience
Ten to fifteen years of strong sales leadership experience in health insurance or advisory led financial services
Proven success in building and scaling large sales teams with strong productivity improvement results
Experience using CRM automation and analytics platforms to increase efficiency
Strong understanding of UAE Retail Medical Insurance and the regulatory landscape
Bachelor degree required. Post graduate studies preferred
