Key Technical Competencies:
- Deep experience on program scheduling & planning that include
- Master schedule development across multiple projects and delivery stages
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and schedule baselining
- Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Schedule integration for infrastructure, utilities, transport, and vertical construction
- Interface management across real estate, transit, and heritage components
- Strong advanced scheduling Tools & Techniques that include P6. TILOS for linear infrastructure, schedule risks and EVM and SPI
- Strong familiarity with regular schedule updates, variance analysis, and forecasting includes resource and productivity planning integration
- Strong communicator with executive-level reporting experience and strategic foresight for high-value development programs.
Years of Experiences and Qualification:
- At least 8–10 years in senior planning/scheduling roles
- 5+ years in large-scale urban regeneration, TOD, or infrastructure programs
- Strong background in mixed-use, transportation, and/or heritage-related projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6,
- Risk-based scheduling, and multi-modal infrastructure interface management.
