We are seeking an accomplished Director – Strategic Communications to lead high-impact communication strategies and elevate organizational reputation across key audiences. This role is suited for a senior professional who can shape strategic messaging, oversee media engagement, and drive cohesive brand positioning at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall communication strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
- Oversee media relations and external communications, including press engagement, executive messaging, and sensitive or crisis situations.
- Direct the development of integrated content strategies across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all communication outputs.
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, including public outreach and awareness campaigns, to strengthen trust and visibility.
- Monitor communication performance, media coverage, and public sentiment, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Extensive experience in strategic communications, media relations, or corporate affairs, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in reputation management, brand strategy, and digital communication.
- Proven ability to manage crisis communications and advise senior stakeholders.
