Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy, operational planning, and performance management to support business growth and ensure alignment with organizational and shareholder objectives across the company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate strategic plans and key initiatives.
  • Drive the preparation and execution of operational plans across business units.
  • Develop and maintain strategy governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop annual and periodic business plans and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational direction.
  • Conduct strategic analysis and scenario planning, and provide executive recommendations (e.g., SWOT, opportunities, risks).
  • Establish and manage performance monitoring frameworks including KPI setting, tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Monitor execution progress and ensure timely corrective actions for deviations.
  • Prepare periodic progress and performance reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives related to strategy, planning, performance reporting, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and best practice delivery.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and key updates effectively to management and teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in corporate strategy, planning, and/or performance management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans and business plans.
  • Experience in KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, or PMO is a plus.
  • Professional certification(s) relevant to strategy/performance is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance reporting tools.
