Job Description

Job Title: Director of Support Services (Emirati Only)

Job Summary:

The Director of Support Services is responsible for overseeing and managing all support functions within the organization, including HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Facilities. The role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with policies, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall performance of HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Facilities departments.
  • Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in line with policies and government regulations.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and operational plans across all support functions.
  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with senior management to align support services with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure proper risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Lead, guide, and support department heads to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, IT, or a related field (Master's degree).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in support services or a similar senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations, budgeting, and operational management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
