Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic UAE National to lead and drive initiatives that strengthen volunteerism, social cohesion and community engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in developing strategies, programms and partnerships that empower communities, promote active participation and create meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives related to volunteer management, social cohesion and community engagement.
- Develop frameworks and programmes that encourage community participation and promote a strong culture of volunteerism.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with government entities, private-sector organisations, non-profit organisations and community stakeholders.
- Lead the design and delivery of impactful community initiatives and programmes aligned with organisational and national priorities.
- • Oversee volunteer engagement, development and recognition initiatives.
- Monitor programme performance and social impact through relevant KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams and ensure the effective delivery of strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Significant leadership experience in Volunteer Management, Community Engagement, Social Development, CSR, Social Cohesion or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing community-focused strategies and large-scale initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills.
