The
Director - Business Performance & Transformation plays a pivotal role in creating transparency, driving accountability, and enabling rapid, insight-led decision-making for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Independent Reviews & Diagnostics
- Conduct independent business reviews to establish financial, operational, and commercial baselines.
- Evaluate business model effectiveness, leadership capability, execution readiness, and organisational discipline.
KPI Development & Performance Architecture
- Design tailored KPI frameworks aligned with each subsidiary's mandate, maturity, and operating model.
- Work closely with CEOs, CFOs, and transformation leads to ensure alignment and adoption.
Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting
- Lead monthly performance dialogues with CEOs and CFOs to review results, resolve bottlenecks, and reinforce accountability.
- Produce clear, concise, decision-ready reports for the CPBTO and Group CEO.
Portfolio Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with finance, strategy, analytics, and transformation teams to drive consistency in reporting standards.
Qualifications
- 1015+ years of experience in performance improvement, strategy execution, transformation, organisational performance, or related fields.
- Proven experience designing KPI frameworks and leading performance-monitoring processes.
- Exposure to operating across complex, multi-business environments.
- Strong financial and operational analysis capability.
