About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Director – Private Banking to join our growing wealth management team in Dubai.

This position is designed for a highly experienced private banking professional with a proven track record of managing HNW/UHNW client relationships, developing new business and delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients while working closely with our investment and compliance teams to provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your professional network and current client relationships to build, maintain and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Your clients must have a minimum ticket size of USD 1M to open an account.
• Deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Promote the firm's investment platform and services to attract New-to-Bank (NTB) clients.
• Work closely with investment, operations and compliance teams to ensure exceptional client experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for established private banking professionals who possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of Private Banking or Priority Banking experience
• UAE Private Banking experience or a proven track record managing UAE-based HNW/UHNW clientele is required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience gained within reputable international private banks.
• Demonstrated success managing HNW and UHNW client relationships.
• Managing less than 25 relationships and experience managing AUM greater than USD 25M+ (Associate Director level) orUSD 50M+ (Director level)
• Strong regional market knowledge and understanding of compliance and client onboarding.
• Excellent relationship management and business development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high personal integrity.
• Stable employment history over the past 5 years.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or equivalent are advantageous.
