Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director Private Banking located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Director Private Banking will be responsible for Business Relationship Management, Finance, Investments, Portfolio Management, and Private Banking services.

Job Description
The role is responsible for maintaining, building and servicing client relationships where private banking services & products are required. The organisation has an open architecture platform, is regulated by DFSA and has been built ground up by bankers to best suit other bankers who want to work in a more entrepreneurial environment where their clients continue to come first.
The Successful Applicant
*A total of 10+ years of priority or private banking experience
*The above experience will have been gained at reputable international private banks; if currently at a local bank, prior experience would have been at a reputable international private bank.
*Few relationships with high wallet share per relationship; it is likely the ideal candidate is managing less than 25 relationships and AUM greater than US$ 25M+ if Associate Director and US$ 50M+ if Director.
*Will have regional work experience and will be aware of the requisite compliance guidelines to onboard clients.
*Will have had a stable career over the past 5 years
*Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a top tier University; further education & professional qualifications are a plus.
*Will be entrepreneurial, driven and a self-starter.
*Will have strong work ethic, high personal integrity.
*The candidate will have strong communication skills - verbal & written.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
*Utilize your financial network and current client relationships to build and manage a portfolio of U/HNW clients in Dubai.
*Your clients must have a minimum ticket size of USD 1 MM to open an account.
*Key-sell the Private Bank's platform and services to attract NTB (new to bank) clients and their families.
*Co-operate with internal investment and compliance teams to offer an insightful and high-end client service.
