About the Role

At GoComet, we are building complex, deeply integrated SaaS products for large global enterprises. Our platform powers cross-border logistics, supply chain automation, and enterprise financial workflows.

We are looking for Directors of Product across GoInvoice, GoProcure, and AI Document Intelligence: leaders who own a product line end to end, from product strategy to client delivery, from customization to productization, and from commercial growth to operational execution.

This is not a playbook role. You will navigate ambiguity, lead enterprise-scale implementations, and turn complex workflows into productized solutions.

Responsibilities

1. GoInvoice

Focus areas

• Enterprise invoice automation and reconciliation: own the accuracy and reliability of invoice matching and reconciliation for large enterprise clients.
• Customization to configuration: convert recurring enterprise customizations into standardized, configurable product modules.
• Data-heavy decisioning: make the numbers a finance team acts on defensible, traceable, and auditable.
• Scale the vertical: grow enterprise adoption and expansion while holding delivery quality. Take it from 100 enterprises to 1000 of the world's biggest companies without breaking, and with the best of AI
• Client and implementation leadership: lead end-to-end delivery cycles for enterprise clients in large FinTech SaaS environments.
• 50-> 500 journey

2. GoProcure

Focus areas

• Freight procurement at enterprise scale: own RFQ, spot auctions, rate contracts, and carrier award workflows across ocean, air, and road.
• Rate intelligence and benchmarking: turn lane-level rate and carrier performance history into decisions a procurement head will sign off on.
• Customization to configuration: convert client-specific sourcing workflows into modular, reusable configurations.
• Multi-BU rollout: land and expand across business units and regions inside a single global account, across multiple global accounts in parallel
• Client and implementation leadership: partner with global enterprise clients to run large sourcing deployments in enterprise supply chain SaaS.

3. AI Document Intelligence

This vertical covers document reading, parsing, and extraction: OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and LLM-based document understanding across invoices, bills of lading, purchase orders, packing lists, and customs paperwork.

Focus areas

• Document extraction at scale: own the pipeline that reads and structures millions of enterprise documents across dozens of formats and languages.
• Autonomous processing: ship AI Digital workers that read, validate, and post documents with no human in the loop, and own the straight-through-processing rate as the headline number.
• Accuracy as a product: own field-level accuracy, confidence scoring, error-class burndown, and the human-review loop that shrinks quarter on quarter.
• Model and vendor strategy: decide what we build, what we buy, and when to switch, across commercial and open models.
• Customization to configuration: turn per-client document templates and validation rules into configuration, not code.
• 0 -> 1 -> 10 journey

What We're Looking For

• Ability to own multiple product line end to end: from product evolution to enterprise delivery
• Comfort in high-ambiguity, high-accountability environments
• A track record of scaling enterprise SaaS products and navigating complex implementations
• Deep customer empathy, while protecting the core product from one-off builds
