Director - Real estate Asset Management

Job Purpose

Lead the organization's real estate investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, portfolio growth, asset performance, and investment returns while identifying new investment opportunities and maximizing value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute real estate investment and portfolio growth strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities across various real estate sectors.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities.
• Manage acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
• Oversee asset performance and drive value enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio returns, financial performance, and investment risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Present investment recommendations and portfolio performance to executive management and boards.
• Ensure compliance with investment governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in acquisitions, portfolio management, and delivering investment returns.
