Job Purpose
Lead the organization's real estate investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, portfolio growth, asset performance, and investment returns while identifying new investment opportunities and maximizing value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute real estate investment and portfolio growth strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities across various real estate sectors.
- Lead financial analysis, valuation, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities.
- Manage acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
- Oversee asset performance and drive value enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio returns, financial performance, and investment risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Present investment recommendations and portfolio performance to executive management and boards.
- Ensure compliance with investment governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in acquisitions, portfolio management, and delivering investment returns.
