About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – Revenue Management to join the resort's Revenue Management team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  • S upport the Vice President – Revenue in developing and executing the organization's Total Revenue Management strategy across all business units.
  • Translate enterprise commercial strategy into clear operational revenue plans, pricing actions, and distribution tactics.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure revenue decisions are aligned and consistently applied.
  • Champion total revenue and profit optimization principles within day-to-day commercial decision-making.
  • Drive optimization across all revenue streams: Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Leisure, and MICE.
  • Manage segment, channel, and business-line revenue and profit targets, monitoring performance against budget and forecast.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models for total property performance and guest lifetime value.
  • Identify and execute cross-departmental upselling and guest-spend initiatives that grow total revenue contribution.
  • Work with operational leaders to ensure guest experiences are delivered in line with commercial goals.
  • Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics drawing on PMS, POS, CRM, ERP, and digital marketing data sources.
  • Deliver timely, actionable insights to commercial leaders across all revenue centres.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, partnering with IT and Finance on integration and automation.
  • Support the continued build-out of the organization's data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, and demand trends, recommending timely commercial responses.
  • Stay current with industry innovations, emerging technologies, and analytical tools related to Total Revenue Management.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and monetization models within existing and new revenue streams.
  • Apply pricing and profitability frameworks aligned with market positioning and brand value.
  • Contribute to property-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide accurate, insightful reporting on revenue performance, market share, and profitability.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance EBITDA through improved yield, mix management, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure revenue plans are aligned with broader business objectives and the direction set by the Vice President – Revenue.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of revenue management or commercial experience, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role within luxury integrated resort or large-scale hospitality.
  • Proven success in leading multi-revenue stream optimization and developing data-driven commercial strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution systems, BI tools, and forecasting models (e.g., SynXis, Duetto, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, or similar).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented commercial thinker with the ability to translate insights into measurable business results.
