Job Purpose / Role :
To manage the Commercial Sector Sales function by developing and executing effective sales strategies that achieve revenue and KPI targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue and KPI targets across Commercial Sector sector accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities via calls, visits, and events.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales funnel by qualifying and tracking opportunities continuously.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of client proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key private sector clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the Presales team to gather technical specifications and tailor solutions that drive sales closure.
- Report accurately on sales activities, including pipeline status, orders, service requests, contacts, and promotions.
- Support and coach the sales team to meet targets and develop strategic account plans.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales Commercial.
- Contribute to the formulation of private sector sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Represent the company in meetings and events with major Commercial sector clients to foster partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and client sectors; provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance sales team competencies.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and solutions with Commercial sector needs.
- Participate in setting pricing and commercial terms for major projects to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Qualifications
Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
- Technical know-how of Computer Networking.
- Must have proven leadership skills at a senior level.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunications technology.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability, good interpersonal and organizational skills. Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good client relationship Management skills
