Job Description The role requires extensive knowledge of Project Finance theory, practice, documentation and execution and may include knowledge of other financing approaches such as trade, leasing and asset finance Leading deal teams in the marketing for, origination of and execution of transactions for both advisory and lending As appropriate, input and guidance on financial modelling and analysis for projects as leader of an advisory team. Understanding the Bank's internal procedures and processes, and relevant regulations and compliance matters and applying them correctly and in compliance with all rules and regulations and monitoring and supporting junior staff in doing so. The Successful Applicant Significant knowledge and experience of project finance theory, practice, risk analysis, credit, execution and documentation An expert in the industry sector of New Energies, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Natural Resources, with intensive knowledge, skills and experience in this area.
