Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Director Solutions & Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and solution development across key markets. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building innovative solutions that address enterprise and government customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solutions, digital services, partnerships, and strategic sales, with proven experience in managing complex deals and leading high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new solutions and services.

Solutions Strategy

  • Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver innovative technology and digital solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Translate market demand into scalable products and service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, new business models, and innovation-driven programs.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration that enhance market reach and solution capabilities.
  • Lead negotiations and partnership agreements to support business growth.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and government clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

  • Monitor industry trends, market demand, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on expansion strategies and new market opportunities.
  • Support financial forecasting, revenue planning, and strategic business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 812+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or solutions leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience working with digital solutions, technology services, or innovation programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with government entities, large enterprises, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
