Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as Director, Strategic Deals at Komal Gaikwad & Co. The role involves leading high-stakes negotiations and executing large-scale strategic deals, including M&A and capital structuring. The Director will engage with high-profile clients, manage contract negotiations, create strategic financial plans, develop and nurture client relationships, and provide advisory support for project financing and risk management. Driving measurable ROI and ensuring maximum efficiency of complex global transactions are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for financial modeling, risk assessments, and data interpretation.
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and managing high-stakes deals with a meticulous approach.
  • Consulting expertise coupled with Strategic Planning skills to guide clients in designing robust, optimized financial structures.
  • Proficiency in Sales with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and align financial products to customer needs.
  • Experience in leading global projects and executing complex international transactions.
  • Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with global tax laws and institutional risk management is a plus.
