Position Summary Direct Salesperson

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach and set up qualified meetings
- Lead tailored, face-to-face client appointments to pitch our exclusive collection
- Own the sales process from first contact to final fitting
- Cultivate long-term relationships and turn clients into brand ambassadors
- Attend networking events and build your personal referral network
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track performance and pipeline
