What You'll Do
- Bookings & Reservation Management
- Manage and confirm chauffeur and limo bookings from corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, and online platforms
- Ensure accurate booking entry including pickup/drop locations, timing, vehicle type, guest details, and instructions
- Coordinate airport transfers, point-to-point trips, hourly disposals, and special events
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests
- Dispatch & Trip Execution
- Assign vehicles and chauffeurs based on availability, licensing, and client requirements
- Ensure vehicles meet RTA and tourism compliance before dispatch
- Share complete trip details with chauffeurs
- Monitor live trips and manage delays or issues proactively
What We're Looking For
- 0-1 year experience in bookings, dispatch, or operations
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to coordinate with drivers and teams
- Attention to detail and ability to handle changes
