Dispatcher - Food/ Courier

Delivery Management

Monitor and coordinate delivery scheduled to ensure on time performance.

Track driver routes and provide real time supports to minimize delays

Conduct follow-up on drive time to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Order staging and accuracy

Oversee proper order, staging and preparation to meet dispatch timelines

Verify order accuracy before dispatch to reduce errors and rework.

Team coordination & Briefings

Leas daily team briefings to communicate targets, challenges, and priorities

Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth handover of stages orders.

Foster teamwork and accountability for achieving store performance goals.

Performance monitoring

Track and analyse delivery metrics such as order, cycle time, on time delivery percentage and driver Performance

Provide feedback and suggest improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Report any operational issues or delays to management promptly.

Competencies

Proven experience in dispatch logistics or delivery coordination (retail/foodservice preferred)

Strong organizational & time management skills

Ability to muti task and prioritize in the fast-paced environment

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using dispatch software, tracking system and delivery management tools

Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.

Mandatory UAE experience is required
