Disputes Lawyer (3–6 PQE) – Commercial Litigation / Arbitration
We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Disputes Lawyer with 3–6 years post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded disputes practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, shareholder disputes, contractual claims, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and contentious matters.
- Assist in managing litigation and arbitration proceedings from inception through to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on dispute resolution options.
- Support partners and senior lawyers on high-profile and cross-border matters.
- Liaise with clients, experts, external counsel, and arbitral institutions where required.
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and case management processes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years PQE gained at a reputable international or leading regional law firm.
- Strong experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Exposure to complex cross-border disputes is highly desirable.
- Strong academic background and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
