Distribution Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily transportation and distribution activities.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Manage drivers, assign routes, and monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and schedule regular inspections.
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays or damages.
• Prepare periodic reports on transportation performance, costs, and efficiency.
• Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics.
• Good knowledge of fleet management and transportation systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and shipment tracking systems.
