Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a District Manager at Bluebell Pharmaceuticals. The District Manager will oversee regional teams, driving sales and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. They will be responsible for crafting and implementing sales strategies, fostering robust relationships with healthcare professionals, and monitoring market trends. Key responsibilities also include staff development through training, performance evaluation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within their team.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Experience in Leadership and People Management, with the ability to train and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to assess market conditions and address challenges proactively.
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the cosmeceutical or pharmaceutical sector will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
