Job Role
The District Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned district. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the company's presence in pharmacies, and ensuring the effective execution of brand strategies in the market. The District Manager will also build strong relationships with pharmacists and key accounts while supporting and developing the field team through regular coaching and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of Medical Representatives across the district.
- Achieve district sales targets and ensure strong market coverage.
- Develop relationships with chain pharmacies, key accounts, and independent pharmacies.
- Ensure proper execution of brand activities, promotions, and product launches.
- Follow up on sales performance and field KPIs, and take action when needed.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach the team and improve performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure smooth execution in the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in the cosmeceutical or derma-pharma industry.
- At least 23 years of experience in a District Manager position.
- Good knowledge of the Cairo pharmacy market, including chain pharmacies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Very Good command of English.
