We are currently hiring District Managers to lead our teams in Cairo
This role is ideal for an experienced field leader who understands the cosmeceutical market, knows how pharmacies work on the ground, and can drive results through strong team management.
Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting Area Managers and Medical Representatives to achieve district sales targets.
- Growing business with chain pharmacies, key accounts, and independent pharmacies.
- Ensuring proper execution of brand strategies, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitoring performance, KPIs, and field activities, and taking corrective actions when needed.
- Coaching and developing team members through regular field visits and feedback.
- Building strong relationships with key pharmacists and decision-makers.
- Coordinating closely with Marketing and Medical teams to ensure effective field execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in the cosmeceutical or derma-pharma industry.
- Minimum 23 years in a District or Area Management role.
- Strong knowledge of either Cairo pharmacy markets (including chain pharmacies).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Good planning, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
