Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The District Manager will oversee and manage sales teams within their territory, ensuring that goals and targets are met. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, monitoring team performance, and providing coaching and mentoring to optimize results. The District Manager will also build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, implement marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance regulations.
Qualifications

- Strategic planning, goal setting, and performance monitoring experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and the pharmaceutical industry landscape.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; familiarity with other languages in the region will be advantageous.
