Role Description The District Manager CNS and Pediatric role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The person in this role will oversee sales and promotional activities for CNS and pediatric product lines within an assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of medical representatives, setting performance targets, monitoring territory performance, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth. The District Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics, organize scientific meetings and product presentations, and gather market insights to inform strategy. The role also involves reporting on sales results, forecasting demand, coordinating with marketing and medical teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or district management, preferably in CNS and pediatric therapeutic areas.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Proven skills in territory planning, sales forecasting, and execution of field strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical promotional practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, veterinary medicine , Science, or a biotechnology
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools used for reporting and field force management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities across the district.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work closely with cross-functional teams.
