Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Manager - Central Nervous System Line, based in Ketamah El Sharkia. The District Manager will oversee and manage sales teams, support the execution of sales strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals in the Central Nervous System product line. Responsibilities include training and mentoring sales representatives, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Flexible work arrangements are available, with some tasks executed remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong background in System Administration and Information Technology to manage and support operational systems efficiently
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, performance data, and team activities for strategic decision-making
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve system-related and sales operational challenges
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams and healthcare professionals
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
