Al Khayyat Investments - Pharmaceutical Division is looking for a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to lead our field operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a strong pharmaceutical sales professional with leadership experience who can drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and build strong relationships across pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
As a District Manager, you will play a key role in managing the field team, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives
- Drive sales performance and target achievement
- Expand distribution and market coverage across pharmacies and healthcare facilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts
- Ensure strong field execution, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Manage customer agreements, discount alignment, and receivables collection
- Monitor team productivity and ensure effective territory coverage
What We Are Looking For

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare market (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics) is an advantage
