District Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

This full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, entails managing and driving sales performance within the assigned district for pharmaceutical products. The District Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and execute sales strategies, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Additional responsibilities include setting sales targets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing regular performance reports to upper management.

• Proven sales and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Strong knowledge of market trends and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector
• Exceptional team management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating detailed performance reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed
