The District Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Medical Representatives, driving sales performance, executing business plans, and achieving district targets within the assigned IM & Ortho portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Medical Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute district business plans, including targeting, CRM objectives, resource allocation, and field activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to strengthen team performance, selling skills, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and take corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, orthopedic specialists, internists, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and KOLs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Support recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor district KPIs, sales growth, CRM performance, product adoption, and ROI of promotional activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science fields.
  • Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of current experience as a District Manager.
  • Therapeutic Focus: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Internal Medicine (IM) and/or Orthopedics (Ortho) therapeutic areas.
  • Location: Cairo resident and available to cover the assigned district.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build high-performing teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Egyptian pharmaceutical market, customer management, and field-force effectiveness.
